Trip to ENT

Yesterday we headed down south to see an ENT with the University of Miami. On the way down we stopped at WannadoCity. It's a children's hands on place where they get to experience different careers. Ethan got to put out a fire and ride a fire truck, he was a vet. and took care of a sick dog, he made candy at a factory, and he worked for the hospital. They pay the kids in play money that they get to spend around the little town they created there. It was lots of fun and we hope to go again soon to try some of the other careers. After that we headed to the doctor's office. He reviewed all that Ethan's been through so far and the treatment he's received over the past 2 years. He was hesitant to say that he needs surgery but really felt that Ethan had already been through too much the past two years and he can't continue being on medication all the time. So his surgery is scheduled for 3/23 at the University of Miami. This doctor is the best in the business for sinus surgery for young children so we know he will be in good hands. We will head down the night before and then Ethan should be home later the same day as the surgery.
